Powered by two Maybach MD655 engines through a Voith L630rV hydraulic transmission, their 111 tonnes could be propelled to a maximum speed of 90 mph, with a maximum TE of 66770 lbf.
This 5” Gauge loco has a high definition, one piece fibre glass body mounted on cast aluminium bogies, driven in total by 4 DC motors and 120 amp Control Unit.
